the hotel is absolutely beautiful, wonderful. Lovely design, very chic. the staff at the beach and pool bar were excellent, very nice and helpful.
We were expecting to be blown away given the price we paid and it did not meet our expectations. We just felt it was not good value for money. The reception staff were not very welcoming.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being right next to a fabulous beach and close to good restaurants such as Mistico or Restaurant 74. The rooms are spacious and clean with beautiful views of the ocean. The breakfast is also good with a variety of options.
Some guests experienced poor service at times, leaving them frustrated with the staff.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel near a small town a few hours from Rio De Janeiro. This location has the perfect mix of being close to nature, while still having easy transportation and parking. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed the private beach area. The a la carte breakfast was sophisticated and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The luxurious amenities of this hotel exceeded my expectations. The spa & wellness centre offered a wide range of massages and beauty treatments. The infinity pool on the sun terrace provided a stunning view of the beach. The private facilities were exclusive and top of the line.
The service at the restaurant was a minor issue. Although the staff was nice and smiling, the language barrier made it difficult to order.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the stunning ocean views from our room and the private beach area offered by the hotel. The location was also perfect, with easy access to local attractions. the attentive staff always made sure our needs were met.
We were disappointed by the lack of attention to detail in the cleanliness of our room. We also found some aspects of the amenities to be subpar.

The hotel's location was fantastic! We were able to enjoy the beautiful beach just a few steps away from the hotel, and the stunning views were breathtaking. Another great feature were the amenities offered, especially the spa services which we took full advantage of. Lastly, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.
The hotel had some significant downsides. The rooms were in serious need of an update and had a lack of attention to detail when it came to cleanliness.
